LISAKHANI SCHOOL BUILD
$49964.65 CND was used for the complete reconstruction of a school in Lisakhani, Ramechhap, Nepal. The original school was completely destroyed in the 2015 earthquakes forcing lessons to take place outside.

WHAT WE AIMED TO ACHIEVE:

Build a safe and suitable school for up to 125 students.

Provide necessary furniture such as desks and tables.

Provide every student with a complete school uniform.

LAND PREPARATION
GOAL: COMPLETED
$2928.75 CND land preparation and school site construction. Cost includes machine time, engineering, materials and labour.
CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
GOAL: COMPLETED
$2860 CND was used to build a water supply system near the school site in Lisakhani. We also hosted a commencement ceremony for the project which is tradition in Nepal.
CLEARING DEBRIS
$1000 CND was spent clearing rubble and debris in Langtang Valley.
